Reconditioned tools are tools that were, in most cases, sold by mass merchandisers such as Home Depot, HQ, Woodworker Whs., and Box Stores Ect.
Only 3% to 5% of these tools are truly reconditioned. The rest are factory inspected again and sold through recon. dealers like us.
